Authors of accepted TIE / TII / OJIES / JESTIE papers (regular and short) between July 2026 and September 2027 have the option to present their paper at IRAI 2027, provided the paper topic is within the conference’s scope. IRAI 2027 enables authors to promote and highlight their work to the international community of industrial electronics on a fast track. At least one author must register for the conference and present the work.

Who Can Apply

• Authors of regular or short papers accepted in IEEE Transactions on Industrial Electronics (TIE), IEEE Transactions on Industrial Informatics (TII), IEEE Open Journal of the Industrial Electronics Society (OJIES), or IEEE Journal of Emerging and Selected Topics in Industrial Electronics (JESTIE).
• Acceptance dated between July 2026 and September 2027.
• The paper topic must fall within the scope of IRAI 2027.
• At least one author must register for the conference and present the work in person.

How to Submit

Because the submission system does not directly accept papers in journal format, please submit a placeholder PDF instead of the actual paper:

1. Download the IES Journals Interface template below and fill in the requested information.
2. Export it to PDF.
3. Upload the PDF via the IRAI 2027 Paper Submission System, under the track “IES Journals Interface Presentations”.
4. Once the initial submission is completed, email the PDF of your full journal paper to the Program Chairs at irai2027@ieee-ies.org.
